Considered a thought leader in nutrition, Heidi Skolnik brought the sports nutrition model (coining the term artistic athlete) 30 years ago to the School of American Ballet (SAB) and helped to create the exemplary multidisciplinary approach to care that SAB offers. Heidi also oversees the Performance Nutrition Program at The Juilliard School.
